Baby Status...

Well we are at the point now where we go to the doctor every week. Last week's appointment went great! Our little ones heartbeat was in the 140's and Niki measured right at 38 weeks. Our doctor wanted to have a look at our little one so he broke out the ultrasound machine. We got to have a really good luck at our buddy in there. There is still plenty of amniotic fluid and the placenta was in really good shape. The baby was also showing off he/she's great breathing reflex! This all means that both Niki and the baby are healthy and that everything is going great in there and no need to worry. We did set up a sort of fail safe/contingency plan on this appointment for if our due date comes and goes with no labor. We will be induced on February 5th. Happy early Birthday Aunt Jen as you may have to share your birthday! We have our first appointment with our pediatrician tomorrow and then another OB appointment on Friday. I will let you all know if we find out any more good info!
