Christmas the last installment, I promise!
Our final Christmas was with Gramere and Grandaddy at their house. We already had too much stuff from our previous gift exchanges and of course we got more, especially Taryn. By the end of Christmas Taryn started to figure out that there was good stuff inside of that wrapping paper. He still wasn't into opening them himself, but wanted you to open it for him. We had so much fun this year at all of the Christmas's we were a part of. I am sure by next year Taryn will be ripping apart everything in his path.
Taryn loves his new microphone. Nowadays he picks it up and gives it to Niki or I so we can sing. Meanwhile he plays his flute for us.
An animal fridge toy, sweet!
Aunt Megan and Taryn who is preoccupied with his new John Deere phone!
Sweet puppy dog Molly who is Uncle Matthew's had a good time following Taryn around the house the entire holiday! Should I also say that Taryn had a really good time following her around as well. Molly and Lexi (my mother's dog) did great with Taryn even though he hardly left them alone. Molly loved to sleep right in the middle of everything.
Seriously Taryn she just wants to sleep!
Taryn's favorite stocking stuffer was these Mardi Gras beads Aunt Megan gave him. His eyes lit up when he saw them and he immediately wanted to wear them.
I mean loves them!
Another big hit was the basketball goal he got. He knew right from the get go what to do and was very impatient with us getting it out of the box and putting it together.
I would have to say that his favorite thing of all time is the "Cozy Coupe" car he got. He literally spent a good hour or two maybe even more getting in and out of it, even watched tv from inside. Sadly, the police car and the basketball goal are still at Gramere's because we just didn't have room to get it home with us. Hopefully it will make its way to us soon!
