Mom, Dad Guess what I found?


You all guessed it Mr. Taryn has found his feet and they are quite tasty!!! In the last couple of weeks Taryn has discovered those little guys and now he can hardly keep his hands off of them. Just about every chance he gets he grabs a hold of his little feet! Not what I would call finger lickin' good, but he does not seem to mind.

Our little family is really busy as of late. We have of course decided to move to Cuero to start Niki's career and coming with the pending move is the purchase of our first house. We are "under contract" right now on a nice little home built in 1947! It is not our dream house, but definitely somewhere we can be happy and call home until we someday build our own! The house is a 3 bed 2 bath home about 2300 square feet with a separate guest house. Being that Cuero is a small town there was not much in the market as far as homes go, but this will keep us safe and warm!

Everything is happening very quickly as we plan to move sometime in the middle of August! Geez, I just realized that is less than a month away now! Needless to say all of my spare time of late has been dedicated to the home purchase process! Let me say it is quite a process... putting a contract on a home, inspecting the house, securing a loan and trying to get movers, let's just say it's for the birds. There has got to be an easier way to do this!
